Tgtbt did not help me, it saved me.

In 2006, I was given the opportunity to manage & completely run a consignment shop.

Sounds great? Yep, except for one small problem, I was only ever in a consignment shop once & had no consigning or management experience.

Of course I said yes! I needed to figure out all I could about the consignment industry because we would open in two weeks.

I did an internet search & came across many cheesy looking ebooks & consignment information offers for the bounty of my first child.

Finally, I saw a friendly face, a normal looking unpretentious web site, my saving grace, Kate Holmes.

I called the owner of the shop and said I needed $69.95 for a manual that would teach me all I needed to know. I followed up by saying, "if this does not work, you could take the manual total from my first check"

I could not wait for the manual to arrive. I began to read and research every bit of tgtbt sharing boards. I took notes on what I needed to do to make this business run as smooth as possible.

The manual arrived, I cracked it open and I knew in that instant I would be okay. I never turned back. I refer daily to the manual, pdf's & sharing.

Tgtbt and a lot of hard work contribute to our success!
