Confessions of a packrat by Oncore Annie

Okay, I have no choice but to admit that I am a pack rat clutter bug!
I am, I admit it, here it is for all the world to see in black and white!
I am Annie, Oncore Annie that is, and I have a problem with STUFF!

I keep STUFF and get STUFF and want STUFF.

I am getting ready now for a major clean out of my humble abode
and
I am determined to make a dent in my stuff.
I want you to come along with me.

It takes a lot for me to get rid of things.
Everything (aside from actual garbage) means something to me.
It is given to me by someone I love or I bought it at a time when I needed it to feel a certain way or the guilt of getting rid of it is so intense that it makes me keep it instead.

I consider this a secret situation in my life.
It is not a problem because I hate negativity, it is more a situation that I need to take care of.
I have gotten better however I feel right now like it is time for a clean break of the stuff I no longer use or love! I can feel it burning up inside of me!

This is not an easy task and it does take time. I need the company so I am asking you to please come along with me!

I am so proud each and every time one of our consignors brings in a box of goodies.
It was difficult for him/her to even go so far as to declutter enough to make a box of stuff never mind taking it to me in the shop.
I feel their pain and I am so proud of the steps they are taking to clear the clutter.
So here I am, with many requests from (consignors and customers) who love our declutter tips on the website and wanted daily reinforcement, step by step decuttering tasks, pats on the back and big hugs for a job well done, to help you as well as myself declutter our homes one step at a time!

I need it too!

The first time you start your clean out is hard and there is a logical reason why you should keep everything... there just has to be.
But know that the first time you let go of something that has been holding you back is the most freeing experience of your life!

Stay tuned daily for tips/hints/rants/raves/hugs and pats on the back to make our vision of a clutter free life a reality.

Love Annie!
